1. TAM DAO GOLF CLUB - VIET NAM GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB

- Members of Tam Dao Golf Club shall be offered to play golf at Vietnam Golf & Country Club with a fee amount equal to that set for Floating membership of Vietnam Golf & Country Club. The members of Tam Dao Golf Club shall be entitle to play maximum of six rounds per duration of the agreement (one year).
- Members shall be entitled to invite guests to play golf with Green fee counted as per guest fee  of Vietnam Golf & Country Club.
- Expiry date: August 31th 2013  (One-month notice in advance if there is any change).

2. TAM DAO GOLF CLUB – LONG THANH GOLF CLUB

- Members of Tam Dao Golf Club shall be offered to play golf at Long Thanh Golf Club on weekdays with a fee amount equal to that set for Floating card membership of Long Thanh Golf Club, each member shall be entitled to play one round in one day.
- Expiry date: December 31st 2013 (One-month notice in advance if there is any change).

3. TAM DAO GOLF CLUB – DALAT PALACE GOLF CLUB

- Members of Tam Dao Golf Club shall be offered to play golf at Dalat Palace Golf Club on all days of the week, including weekend and holidays, with preferential fees for Member-Guest Fees.
- Expiry date: December 31st 2013 (One-month notice in advance if there is any change).

4. TAM DAO GOLF CLUB – ROYAL GOLF CLUB

- Members of Tam Dao Golf Club shall be offered to play golf at Royal Golf Club on weekdays with a fee amount equal to 50% of that set for visitors of Royal Golf Club.
- Expiry date: January 6th 2014 (One-month notice in advance if there is any change).

5. TAM DAO GOLF CLUB – OCEAN DUNES GOLF CLUB

- Members of Tam Dao Golf Club shall be offered to play golf at Ocean Dunes Golf Club on all days of the week, including weekend and holidays, with preferential fees for Member-Guest Fees.
- Expiry date: December 31st 2013 (One-month notice in advance if there is any change).

6. TAM DAO GOLF CLUB – SEA LINKS GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB:

- Members of Tam Dao Golf Club shall be offered to play golf at Sea Links Golf & Country Club on all days of the week, including weekend and holidays, with preferential fees for Member-Guest Fees. Unlimited playing rounds during the valid term of contract.
- Expiry date: December 31st  2013 (One-month notice in advance if there is any change).

7. TAM DAO GOLF CLUB - DONG NAI GOLF CLUB:

- Members of Tam Dao Golf Club shall be offered to play golf at Dong Nai Golf Club on all days of the week, including weekend and holidays, with preferential fees for Member-Guest Fees. Unlimited playing rounds during the valid term of contract.
- Expiry date: December 31st 2013 (One-month notice in advance if there is any change).

8. TAM DAO GOLF CLUB – CUA LO GOLF CLUB:

- Members and Member’s Guests of Tam Dao Golf Club shall be offered to play golf at Cua Lo Golf Club on all days of the week, including weekend and holidays, with preferential fees for Member-Guest Fees.
- Expiry date: November 13th 2013 (One-month notice in advance if there is any change).

9. TAM DAO GOLF CLUB – SHANGHAI SUN INSLAND INTERNATIONAL CLUB:

- Members of Tam Dao Golf Club shall be offered to play golf at Shanghai Sub Island International Club; Kunshan Sun Resort & Club; Suzhou Sun Island International Club; Nanjing Sun Island Leisure & Resort Club và Yangzhou Prime International Vacation Club on weekdays only (from Monday to Friday) with preferential fees as follows:

+ RMB 450/person/18 hole
+ Accomodation: 50% Discount off Tariff on weekdays; 30% Discount off Tariff on Weekends and Holiday.
+ Dinning: 10% Discount off Menu
+ Waive off the 10% service charge
+ Entertaiment: 20% Discount off Tariff

- Expiry date: Three-month notice by written in advance if there is any change.

10. TAM DAO GOLF CLUB – DAO SEN TRADING & SERVICE (DAO SEN PRACTICE RANGE)

- Members of Tam Dao Golf Club shall be entitled to receive 10% discount when practicing golf or participating in a golf training course at Dao Sen Practice Range ( not applicable to VIP members).
- Expiry date: 31st Dec 2013 (One-month notice in advance if there is any change).

11. TAM DAO GOLF CLUB – PARK LANE DRIVING RANGE:

- Members of Tam Dao Golf Club shall be entitled to receive 30% discount when practicing golf or participating in a golf training course at Park Lane Practice Range.
- Expiry date: December 31st 2013 (One-month notice in advance if there is any change).

12. TAM DAO GOLF CLUB – HANOI GOLF CLUB DRIVING RANGE:

- Members of Tam Dao Golf Club shall be entitled to receive 20% discount when practicing golf and 50% discount when participating in a golf training course at Hanoi Golf Club Driving Range.
- Expiry date: May 15th 2013 (One-month notice in advance if there is any change).
